Journaling

Stories come alive with the use of journaling, so we want this issue to show readers how to master their story-telling skills to complete their pages. Share your ideas for making the most of journaling using any of the following subcategories as your guide:

  • Placement: Does the location of your journaling hold significance? What makes it the ideal spot for your story? How do you mix up your journaling so it continues to be fresh and fun? Maybe you journal in a shape (spiral, around a photo, along the edge of the page, etc.), or perhaps you want to keep your story more private and opt for hidden journaling techniques. Whatever it is, we want to see your ideas.
  • Tools: What supplies do you use to enhance your story. We want to show readers fun ways to incorporate journaling spots, pockets, flaps, and other pre-made supplies.
  • Approach: There's more than one way to tell a story. From handwritten to typed to computer printed, there are many ways to get your thoughts onto paper.
