I'm slightly older than in this picture. This pic is from 1957 and I'm just a year old. Grew up on the south-side of Chicago, it was a wonderful time to grow up. I don't think I would like to be a year old today, times are scarry and a little dangerous. I think it was a less scarry time, but thinking about it....we had the Cuban missle stuff and the cold war, and of course the Vietnam conflict. So it was scarry then as well...war and almost war...never ends.
