I am an eclectic, private, introverted (except when I'm on a stage), deeply-feeling person who loves to find the good in all people. I'm not gullible, however, and can be cynical at times. I'm a walking contradiction!

I originally got into scrapbooking as a way of keeping track of all the cool things my then-boyfriend, now-husband of 7 1/2 years did for and with me. That first scrapbook was rudimentary, at best, but I tried. I didn't get into "modern" scrapbooking until my first child was born in 2003, but I've been hooked ever since!

A former teacher, and still a teacher at heart (Kindergarten/Special Ed/Music for 6 years), I am currently a mostly SAHM who works 12 hours a week in the evenings for grocery money and is aspiring to be a children's book author. Visualize publication! =)
