I have been into scrapbooking for several years now but haven't been able to get solid pages done! I have a B.A. in Art and was a sculpture for 12 years and I think there is a perfectionist in me. Nothing is ever quite done. I haven't learned yet when it is done! So my goal these past few months has been to get that down and get pages done and in their place. I have done 2 now and am working on my third. It is a heritage album and I have so much to tell and show. I have 3 kings in my line and queens and several princesses and a knight. But the last one was the brother of a great king and got killed off and that was the end of that! I think it is funny and sometimes neat fantasy to think about. All these knights and kings cavorting around! I am fascinated by the new books coming out and the magazines, especially Creating Keepsakes! The layouts are great and it is so inspiring to look at the galleries. I am a determined person...so off I go to another day of dreaming and planning and doing and making and just loving it all!
