I'm so confused I loved the "old" version of Swaps! What is going on in the swap arena?

Hi Pattywagan...did you get your question answered? I was on vacation and I'm getting caught up on posts, emails and swaps.

My swaps are usually 8-10 swappers per group.

Group members who are interested in joining in on a swap should post in the comment area under the swap they are interested in. I'll then edit the sign up list by adding your name in the first post made by me.

When a swap fills I'll PM or Email everyone with Final Details(FD's)in the group. Through out the swap I'll occasional send out updates asking everyone to reply how they're coming with the swap. As soon as I receive all packages by the due date listed, I'll swap all items and ship them back out to everyone.

What will this do? I am confused... Would you say the first six to respond would be in the swap, and then how do you manage the swap?

If you would like to join a swap all you'll need to do is click on a swap post you're interested in and then post a message. I'll then update the list of swappers.
