Create Scallop Borders for Scrapbook Pages |
Option #2: Use Scallop Scissors
1. Cut a 1" x 12" strip from cardstock, then use your decorative scissors to trim a scallop design from each long side of the strip.
2. Punch holes in border strip.
3. Place large brads through holes on border strip.
