Create Scallop Borders for Scrapbook Pages |
In the June 2009 issue, we shared this delightful page and border strip idea from Kelly Goree. If you don't have premade scallop strips at home, create the same effect with one of these two techniques.

At the Zoo by Kelly Goree. Supplies Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper; Patterned paper: American Crafts, October Afternoon and Scenic Route; Chipboard circle: Scenic Route; Letter stickers: American Crafts; Decorative trim: Creative Imaginations.

1. Punch enough small circles from cardstock to cover a 12" width.

2. Glue the circles to your layout, slightly overlapping them.

3. Pierce holes through circles on page. Place brads through holes.
