For anyone who wants this pdf as a Jpeg all you need to do is go to 'File' 'Save As' in the document. When the window comes up asking where you want to save it, change the file type from PDF to Jpeg and save as normal. Hope that helps

If you didnt download you are missing some great love notes, its not just the one showing.

In the future please make the free offers available in more than one format (PNG and JPG in particular). Yes, they can be concerted after downloading, but since you probably start with JPG/PNG in the first place .. why not provide them in that format? Thank you?
