I purchased CT2 last year and was able to download no problem. I picked up the magazine again today to work on a project and am having the same problem that everyone else is having downloading. I agree this is ridiculous. What's the point of adding in "user comments" if no one at the magazine reads these? Is there a tech support we can reach out to?

I can't believe that people who pay the $15 for the magazine can't get the downloads. I also don't see anyone responding to these comments. When will this problem be addressed?

I am having the same problem as the other people. I purchased my magazines through Creative Keepsakes thinking there would be a code or something in the mag to get to these downloads. No such luck. Please help, I love this mag and want to learn from what the magazine has to offer, but really need the downloads and templates to do so. I also bought volume 3. Thank you.

Every time I try to download the album templates for the CTmagazine I bought, I get the following error. Please fix this access problem...3/4 of the magazine is useless without these downloads. thanks

I was disapointed unable to downloadDate stamp(recieved unauthorize mssg. only template downloaded was Jessica's. There has to be a better set up for us to access the things we're suppose.

I have the same problem and I want to be able to use my magazine but I need these downloads as the companion, how do I get access to them?

I just purchased Computer Tricks for Scrapbooking 2 but I cannot download any of the online files. I get an error message. I can download the the files for Computer Tricks for Scrapbooking 3. Am I doing something wrong or the the CT2 downloads no longer available.
