Want to create these adorable egg accents? Follow these easy instructions!

Egg Tutorial by Kim Watson. Supplies: Egg template, cardstock, ribbon and thread.

Instructions:

1. Cut a cardstock rectangle as your base, and collage with a variety of ribbon pieces. Adhere with tape or glue.
2. Quilt the ribbon pieces in place using a sewing machine.
3. Cut an egg shape from adhesive paper, and stick onto reverse side of quilted piece.
4. With sharp scissors, cut out an egg shape, and sew two rows of stitching around the edge of the egg on the right side to secure the backing and to keep ribbon from fraying. 
5. Tie a ribbon bow around middle of egg, and secure at back.
