Scrapbooking can be great outlet for the emotions and feelings we face as we experience challenges in life. Sometimes keeping of record of our feelings over a period of time can help in the healing process as we see how far we've come.
*Including the entire chart and checking off how you feel each day that week.
*Recording how you feel each day over a period of time, and then summing up your feelings for a week, month, or more in your journaling.
