Scrapbook How To: Create Graphic Flowers with Decorative Tape |
In the May/June 2013 Creating Keepsakes issue, Riikka Kovasin shows how to make graphic flowers in a jiffy, using simple scrapbooking supplies like decorative tape and a button. The shallow pleats mean that the resulting flowers are thin, and perfectly suited for storage and slipping under her trendy paper layers.
