Here's a quick and easy idea for taking one detail of the celebrations out of the photos and putting it onto your layouts: use confetti to add a festive border or background to your scrapbook pages. Re-create the look of confetti on your pages by simply punching circles from patterned paper or cardstock and adhering them to your background paper.

Tape Balloon Accents

Even if you don't have photos with balloons in them, create a celebratory look on your layouts with a few decorative-tape balloon accents! Simply create a collage of your tapes on cardstock, and punch out a variety of shapes to serve as the balloons on your layout. Draw strings or create them from floss or baker's twine to finish the look.
