Display More Photos with Photo Grids |

Truth be Told by Ali Edwards May 2009 CK
Grids are an easy way to place larger photos with smaller photos and give them a cohesive feel. Ali Edwards placed this large photo block on one side of her layout, leaving room for the extensive journaling she wanted to place on her page. The photos add weight to one side of her layout while the journaling evens out the balance by taking up the right-side of the page.

Our Apple is Falling by Becky Olsen June 2009 CK
You don't have to use the latest photo software to create a grid on your page. Becky Olsen cropped her photos and filled in any open gaps with patterned. No software needed--just a trimmer, photos and patterned paper. To give the page visual interest, try machine stitching around your photos and papers just as Becky did here.

Love by Elizabeth Kartchner May 2009 CK
Even if you don't have lots of photos to incorporate on your page, try using a grid on your page for a clean, lined-up look. Elizabeth Kartchner used a scalloped square punch to crop her photos and patterned paper for this adorable layout. Lining up the scalloped squares with common margins around the edges gives this grid a high-class look, and it was so simple to create!
