Stamp & Stitch Technique for Scrapbook Pages |
April showers bring May flowers. And here at Creating Keepsakes, we love the springtime. Raindrops and umbrellas are fun accents to add to scrapbooking layouts about the season. Try creating your own rainy-day accent piece as seen on the Creating Keepsakes March/April 2010 cover layout created by creative editor, Megan Hoeppner.

Step 1: Journal on cardstock. Stamp umbrella around journaling and cut out.

Step 2: Pierce holes around umbrella outline.

Step 3: Stitch umbrella with embroidery floss and place on layout with dimensional adhesive. Add umbrella handle.
