Magical Halloween Layout Ideas |
Tombstone Accents
Rest in peace knowing you can create tombstone accents for your layouts about vampires, zombies, or haunted houses. These devilishly clever tombstones will add ghostly ambience to your layouts, and they're startlingly easy to make. Start by typing sayings for the tombstones in your word-processing program, and then dress them up with script and spooky fonts. Determine how large you want your tombstone accents to be, and size your sayings to fit. Print your sayings on cardstock, and cut them into tombstone shapes.
Make a tombstone materialize out of cardstock using the following steps:

1. Round top corners of printed cardstock rectangle to create tombstone.

2. Ink edges of tombstone.

3. Squeeze red glitter glue along top of tombstone. Let dry.
Variation: Add wisps of webbing along the bottom of a row of tombstone accents to create the frightening look of a fog-shrouded cemetery. Add a fence die cut from black cardstock to complete the look.
