5. Cover large punched out circle with half circles, layering to create scales. Set aside one half circle.
6. Stamp large ring image on white cardstock using a dark or bright color ink.
7. Punch out large ring using 2" circle punch.
8. Cut center from ring using scissors or appropriately sized circle punch.
