How to Create a Fabric Sunflower Scrapbook Accent |
4. Layer paper strips so petals from bottom piece show between petals on top piece. Adhere in place along bottom (straight) edge.
5. Coil layered paper strip with desired design on inside of coil.
6. Bend top of coiled paper outward, flattening petals. Adhere to fabric flower center.
7. Thread button, and adhere to flower center.
