Dress Up Your Scrapbooking Supplies |
Accent rub-ons with glitter
Add dimension on your pages by outlining parts of your rub-on accents with adhesive and then dusting those areas with glitter.

Technique tip: To avoid mess-ups, attach rub-ons to a separate piece of cardstock first, and then cut them out and place them on your layout.
