Dress Up Your Scrapbooking Supplies |
This scrapbook layout starts with a base of black and white patterned paper. To break up the busy patterns, use paint to accent just some of the images on the paper.

Design tip: In addition to painting parts of a bold patterned paper, try to punch shapes out and pop them up, or frame parts of the paper to highlight just the portions you want to stand out.
