Dress Up Your Scrapbooking Supplies
This scrapbook layout starts with a base of black and white patterned paper. To break up the busy patterns, use paint to accent just some of the images on the paper.
As seen in the October 2010 issue of Creating Keepsakes.
Design tip: In addition to painting parts of a bold patterned paper, try to punch shapes out and pop them up, or frame parts of the paper to highlight just the portions you want to stand out.
