Adding candid photos to your scrapbooks is easy and can enhance the stories you tell, as this layout from Cindy Tobey illustrates.
To further her page theme, Cindy Tobey spared a square of toilet paper to make fluffy flowers. Follow these steps to get this look on your page:
Step 1: Start with single two-ply piece of toilet paper.

Step 2: Accordion fold toilet paper.

Step 3: Tie center with string.

Step 4: Trim ends at angle.

Step 5: Fan out fold and separate layers.

Step 6: Shape flower as needed.
