Oddly enough, I (the gal whose stomach turns at the sight of Velveeta cheese) adore my husband's queso cheese dip. Cory makes this cheesy, dippy delight from time to time, and I can't think of a better place to serve it than a Scrapper Bowl party. Here's how my sweet Cory crafts his queso:
Mix a 15 oz. can of no-bean chili (Cory prefers Bush's brand) with 1 pound (16 oz..) of Velveeta cheese in a sauce pan over medium heat and stir until it's all hot and melted. Serve with tortilla chips. Yum!
