Day 3 Class: Compass & Navigation |

Hello campers! We hope you've had a great time here at CK Summer Camp and you're all enjoying your stay. Now that you're feeling comfortable around your cabins, it's time to venture out a bit and navigate your way through designing a page. We've included a few design tips to add to your travel book and kicked in a few goodies to snack on along the way. Grab your compass. Let's go!
As with any adventure, creating seems easier when you have a map to follow. Let these easy design tips inspire you when you create your next page.
Use 3 elements on your page
As you embark on your hike, forget the usual quote you're used to hearing "Leaves of three, let it be." When it comes to scrapbooking, using elements in threes is where it's at! Try using three different colors, three repeating elements or grouping various elements in three throughout the page. In Mou Saha's page below, notice how she placed three dark-green elements around her page to keep your eye moving around the page. This, my dear campers, is called a visual triangle.
