Circle Punch Vellum Lanterns |

Princess Tea in the Sukkah by Kim Jackson, as seen in Budget-Friendly Scrapbooking, page 70.
Vellum is a fantastic material that you probably already have in your scrapbooking stash: it's an affordable supply that you can use to tone down the color of cardstock or transform into wallet-savvy scrapbook accents.

Create the pretty vellum lanterns shown here by using vellum in place of cardstock in a simple punch technique. Once you've created your lanterns, you can then add a touch of sparkle using glossy crackle medium.
